HP Slate 8 Plus tablet was launched in July 2014. The tablet comes with a 8.00-inch display offering a resolution of 800x1280 pixels. HP Slate 8 Plus is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Hisilicon Balong V9R1 processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the HP Slate 8 Plus on the rear packs 5-megapixel camera. It sports a 1-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

HP Slate 8 Plus is based on Android 4.2 and packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The HP Slate 8 Plus is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a Micro-SIM card.
