It's been a long wait for Intel's 10nm processors to show up in products we can buy, and our now we have with us the latest revision of the HP Spectre x360, a premium, ultra-slim 2-in-1 laptop that features a 10^th Gen Intel Core i7-1065G7 CPU from the 10nm ‘Ice Lake' family. We reviewed the previous generation of this laptop in mid-2019, and not much has changed apart from the internal hardware, so it will be interesting to compare the two. With prices starting just shy of Rs. 1,00,000, this is a laptop for those who want the an extremely portable machine for work entertainment, which they can also show off.

HP Spectre x360 13 (2019) Summary

The late-2019 refresh of the HP Spectre x360 13 features a new streamlined design and Intel's 10th Gen 'Ice Lake' 10nm CPUs. The variant we reviewed has a full-HD screen and integrated LTE. The distinct design with its gem-cut corners and bevelled edges will stand out in any crowd. Although this is an ultraportable 2-in-1, the keyboard and trackpad are comfortable and great for all-day productivity. Battery life is also quite strong, and we got over a full day of use including some time with LTE data active. The display and speakers also didn't disappoint us. Performance is good enough for day-to-day use but don't expect to play heavy games or run professional creativity software.
