Soon after Jio GigaFiber registrations went live last month, BSNL has stepped up the game with a new revision to its FTTH broadband lineup. The state-owned telecom operator is said to have refreshed six of its high-speed broadband offerings to now offer more data at even higher speeds than before. In accordance with the revision, the highest FUP data limit offered is an astonishing 3.5TB at speeds of 100Mbps with the most expensive BSNL Fibro Combo ULD 4,999 plan. Let's check out all the revisions for BSNL's FTTH plans.

According to a new report by Telecom Talk, these revisions are only for BSNL broadband subscribers in Chennai. The base Fibro Combo ULD plan priced at Rs. 999 is said to now come with high-speed data access up to 600GB at 80Mbps, and a post-FUP speed of 2Mbps with no data limit. This plan previously offered 250GB data at 60Mbps. Secondly, the Rs. 1,299 FTTH plan now offers 800GB of high-speed data at 100Mbps, compared to 400GB at 80Mbps previously.

Next, the Rs. 1,699 ULD plan reportedly comes with data access at speeds of up to 100Mbps, combined with a monthly data access limit of 1.1TB or 1,100GB. This plan previously offered BSNL subscribers 550GB of data at 80Mbps. There is also a Rs. 1,999 broadband plan that is said to have been revised to offer a whopping 1.4TB or 1,400GB of high-speed data access at maximum speeds of up to 100Mbps. This plan, in its last revision, offered 900GB data at 80Mbps.
