HP launches LaserJet Pro 400 M401 printer series

Hewlett-Packard India on Thursday announced the launch of its new series HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 of black and white printers. Aimed at corporates, the series comes in three variants and is equipped with networking, online and mobile solutions.

The series' USP is the HP e-Print technology that lets users print from any web-connected device from any location. The printer offers network productivity for the office set up and comes with touchscreen controls. There is also a mobile printing solution that lets users print any files on their mobile devices remotely. Using USB 2.0 port, a feature called walk-up USB printing lets you print files straight from a USB flash drive.

Apart from these, the standard features of HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 printer include an 800MHz processor and 256 MB memory. The printer provides a print speed of 33 pages-per-minute (A4)/35 pages-per-minute (letter). The device has a duty cycle of up to 50,000 pages.

The series is also powered with HP's automatic On/Off technology and the automatic double-sided printing feature. HP claims that one single toner on this printer can give an output of up to 2100 pages.
