DONT BUY ANY LG REFRIGERATORSDILIP KUMAR SINGH (Nov 11, 2019) on AmazonIam forced to give this product, ONE star because NO STAR is not allowed. I have puchased this product in the launch year of 2015, in the month of MAY by paying Rs37500. On 6th November 2019, I noticed that there is frost formed in the freedger compartment along with a chattereing sound. I informed the LG customer care. The tecninician after thorough check up, declared that the PLATE HEATER is damaged and could not be repaired. Also the company will not take care of anything. Thus the above said product is useless from that date.I like to say in this respect, that only LG is using this type of heater to cheat the people. No other company in the Indian market is using this technology and thus this problem is easily repairable.So, I like to conclude, NEVER BUY ANY OF THE LG REFRIGERATORS, otherwise your fate will be same.Is this review helpful?
