• A High end wanna be failed at some levels

  Regarding the Washing Machine itself : LG has incorporated lots of features from the big brother's into this and I've got to say it hasn't worked out well. Like another review I read, the washing machine indeed doesn't dry the clothes post wash good. But on the brighter side, it does indeed washes the clothes pretty decent. The rotary function is so powerful that a few of my clothes have worn out already. It has got a pre wash, hot water rinse, baby care and so many functions, we haven't even tried yet. The Machine does produces a wierd tone after completing the wash. :D :D Water consumption is pretty decent and works very neat and LG does produce a comprehensive 2 year warranty. Well its a washing machine and does wash good, I seriously don't know what else to say. Regarding Flipkart and its delivery : Flipkart was spot on in delivering the product on time. Kudos to that. The washing machine has an anti rat cover which was not present in the packaging and the delivery guys were also clueless. It was just a small plastic lid and we don't have any rat infestation at our place, so it wasn't a big deal. Regarding installation and demo : Flipkart has some external agency in doing this part and i personally felt the technician was incompetent at all levels. He did not know to operate the machine, he couldn't fir the inlet tubes to the pipe system and so many other things. I called in a local plumber and he fixed everything in a matter of minutes. Flipkart can really improvise on this part is my feedback to them. But again, this is only my personal experience. Overall, a very genuine product at a super comfy price. Has all the features of a high end machine. Performs very decently. Recommendation Scale : 4 out of 5.

• Don't Purchase Heavy Appliances from Flipkart

  Very Very POOR QUALITY of SERVICE. Your Customer service department is Irresponsible. Also your team is clearly violating the Consumer Protection Act by misguiding and providing the Wrong and totally False Information. Also your teeam always ask the problem/s they are not bothered to check the problems/ complaint s recorded into the system. More ever they lied. Also they are telling the Grievance Officer's contact details on demand which is clear cut violation of IT ACT 2005 and it's amendments. Also the Delivery and Pick up boys are very courteous. Also FlipKart sends people to deliver and Pick up without Providing them VALID ID PROOFS which is also violation of LAW and totally unacceptable. Also your team provide wrong information to the Grievence Officer that We did four transactions on our Credit Card during the Offer Period which is totally unacceptable in any circumstances evrn we can sue Flipkart for using our card Details without our consent. Also the Flipkart did not inspect the Product before dispatching. Also the Packing of Product is cause the Damage of Product. We will suggest to raise the concern to LG India regarding the Packing. PS: Due to this bad Experience we will not Suggest to Buy anything from Flipkart Also we decided not to purchase anything from Flipkart. Also we request to investigate the matter.

• Flipkart is Fraud!

  I wanted to buy an LG washing machine which has below features: 1. 6 Motion Direct Drive 2. Digital Display 3. Energy Efficient Flipkart is claiming this product has all of the features above so, I ordered this product (LG F80E3MDL2). Flipkart also claims that product consumes 460 W. But, in reality when I got this product (Late delivery not surprised) it doesn't have any *Digit Display*, also power consumption of this model is *1700 W*. Furthermore, Flipkart hasn't mentioned 10 years LG warranty on motor. This comes under fraud category where you are displaying something else and selling something else. Flipkart is it very difficult for you to understand? If someone is doing fraud and gets caught he cannot say "Okay fine I'll return your money". He has to return money + he has to go to jail. Refund is very less in such cases. Please be clear that I don't want any refund/return. I want product which actually has 6 Motion DD with Digital Display. Nothing more. 1 star to LG, No star to Flipkart. (Collateral damage for LG)
