  Looks beautiful from outside, the backside is properly closed with ventilation slots near bottom (this is only in LG, as I have seen). Works properly, creating only feeble sound. Very spacious from inside having a very good width. The refrigerator was delivered promptly within time in good package without any scratches or marks. Some drawbacks: internal glass shelves appear to be a little bit weaker, as when some load is applied they tend to bend. The fresh o zone shelve bends little bit more than other shelves. The installation was also as per schedule, a day later by a mechanic from LG, however the mechanic was not well trained, he mishandled the refrigerator causing a damage to the back cover plate of the refrigerator, hopefully the mechanic will be careful in future. Overall the product is excellent in the short experience that we had in about 9 days time.

  good Fridge. Plenty of space. Highly suitable for us Indians who keep our food in utensils itself in the fridge. Overall LG is a very good brand. My last LG worked for 20 years and still running

  The freezer door had a dent on delivery.LG people came and replaced it.The fridge stopped working after that.Have registered a complaint and LG people are yet to come for repair.Utter disappointment after spending so much.

  Fridge is not suitable for Indian conditions.Its bottom door is too wide to open comfortably . Further it is cumbersome to take out right side veg /fruit tray unless the door is opened 180degrees.BewareThose with low budget think several times

  The product that was shipped was faulty and doesn't work. The team at Amazon never sent a single technician to help with the replacement and are just making run in circles. Highly disappointed
