Although the event is already scheduled for Tuesday at 10am EST (7:30pm IST) in New York, and HTC will finally reveal all there, what can be inferred by the Verizon poster (via Windows Phone Central) is that HTC will maintain the One (M8) with Windows Phone 8.1 name we've been seeing, and not the earlier-rumoured HTC One (W8).
The US telecom operator had also previously listed the yet-to-be-announced HTC One (M8) with Windows Phone 8.1 on a holding page. Later the smartphone was also listed by a retailer in the Netherlands along with the iPhone 5s and Samsung Galaxy S4 on its homepage, but it didn't provide any specifications or other details for HTC One (M8) WP 8.1.
While there are no other details known as yet about the unannounced HTC One (M8) with Windows Phone 8.1, it is expected that the smartphone will boast the same specifications as its original Android sibling.

The anticipated HTC One (M8) with Windows Phone 8.1 is expected to sport a dual rear camera setup with a 4-UltraPixel rear camera alongside a depth-sensing camera, apart from a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is expected to be powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM, and support Nano-SIM. Like the HTC One (M8), it should feature a 2600mAh battery; a 5-inch full-HD display; 16GB and 32GB storage options, and support for expandable storage via microSD card (up to 128GB).
