The highlight of the Intex Aqua Power is its large 4000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 11 hours of talk time and up to 500 hours of standby time. The Intex Aqua Power is one of the few Android smartphones that come with a gigantic battery; some of the other smartphones include the Lenovo P780, Micromax Canvas Power, Lenovo S860, Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro, and Xolo Q3000.
The Intex Aqua Power will be available in Black, Blue, Grey, and White colour variants. It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box.
It comes with a 5-inch (480x854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek (MTK6592M) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The Aqua Power features 8GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. The smartphone's rear camera features Panorama shot, face beauty, live photo mode, smile shot, HDR, voice capture, face detection options.
On the connectivity front, the Aqua Power offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. It measures 141x71.9x9.3mm.
