Lava recently launched the IRIS 454 and IRIS 502 Android smartphones last month. Now the company's website has listed the Iris 430 as the latest addition to this series. There is no official word from the company on this device but considering its already surfaced, we'd assume the details should be out soon.

The specs on the site reveal that the IRIS 430 sports a 4.3-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) capacitive display and runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich that is layered with the TouchWiz UI. It is said to feature a 5-megapixel rear auto focus camera with LED flash and has a VGA front camera on-board as well.

Internally, the device is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM. There's 4GB of internal storage expandable upto 32GB via microSD.

Measuring 130x67x10.55 mm, the IRIS 430 is a dual-SIM device (GSM+WCDMA) with dual standby functionality. It isn't clear though, whether the device features a 1,400mAh or 1,500mAh battery since both are listed on the site.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPRS, EDGE, USB and GPS support. The Iris 430 seems to support a variety of both audio and video formats including MP3, AAC, 3GP, MP4 and AVI.

Pre-installed apps on the device include the standard Google bundle (Gmail, Google, Google Talk, YouTube) and games such as Asphalt 6 and Saving Private Sheep.

Lava announced its plans to launch a slew of smartphones under the IRIS series back in November last year. Lava shared that the smartphones in this series will offer better features such as fast processor, better battery, bigger screens, and dual-SIM connectivity. All devices in the IRIS series will range between Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000.

Current offerings from Lava in the Iris series include the IRIS 454, IRIS 502, IRIS 351, IRIS N501 and IRIS N350 and as promised, they are all priced under Rs. 10,000. The company was also expected to launch the IRIS N320, but there is no word on its availability yet.
