While the Weibo post doesn't directly indicate that it is related to the OnePlus One successor, considering that Lau has been teasing the OnePlus 2 lately via his Weibo posts, it is not unreasonable to assume he was referring to the handset.

The OnePlus Cardboard would be available in India at Rs. 99 via Amazon India (shipping charges excluding) starting the third week of July. For global consumers, the OnePlus Cardboard will be available starting Friday and will be free for anyone but users will have to pay for the shipping charges. The company alongside also revealed a contest where 1,000 users can get an OnePlus Cardboard for free.

On Thursday, a new variant of the OnePlus 2 smartphone was leaked.
