As rumoured, it looks like Samsung is looking to reintroduce flip phones in a smartphone avatar.

New details related to a purported Samsung clamshell phone has surfaced online. Blog of Mobile has posted some specifications of the device along with a press image.

The new post suggests that the Samsung flip phone is codenamed 'Hennessy' with the model number Samsung SCH-W789, which is different from the model number SHV-E400S/ SHV-E400K that was leaked previously.

The yet to be announced Samsung flip phone is said to feature a dual-screen setup with both screens measuring 3.5-inch, and boasting of a resolution of 320x480 pixels. The phone would most likely be powered by a 1.2GHz processor; however the name of the chipset has not been mentioned. It is likely to have 1GB of RAM and a 5-megapixel rear camera.
