Spice Stellar Glamor with Android 4.2 launching soon

Spice seems to be gearing to launch its next mid-range smartphone, the Spice Stellar Glamor Mi-436 soon.

The company has teased the smartphone on its official Facebook page with a tagline 'Now carry your attitude everywhere you go'. However, there's no word yet on the pricing and availability of the smartphone. Looking at the teaser image, it looks like the company may launch the device in two colours - Red and Blue. The phone has also been listed on company's website.

The Spice Stellar Glamor features a 4-inch WVGA display with 480x800 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired with 512MB RAM. The Spice Stellar Glamor supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) connectivity with both the SIMs supporting 3G connectivity. It sports a 5-megapixel rear camera accompanied by an LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The handset runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It will also include 4GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The device is backed up by a 1400mAh battery. Connectivity features include GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Previously, the company launched Spice Pinnacle FHD in the Indian market for Rs. 16,990.

Spice Pinnacle FHD features a 5.0-inch full-HD display and comes with a screen resolution of 1080x1920 pixels and supports 16.7 million colours. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has 8GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB through microSD card. On the multimedia front, the Spice Pinnacle FHD sports an 8.0-megapixel auto focus camera accompanied by a dual LED flash and also a front 2.0-megapixel camera. It is dual-SIM smartphone with 3G support on both SIMs.
