  I purchased this tv one year back.. Last week cloudy waves presented in the screen. I raised the complaint to the customer service.. They took immediate action and replaced the old tv with new tv.. Excellent customer service.. Thanks realme 🥰🥰

  i just bought a new TV 8 months ago. After 6 months, the TV had a screen problem and was sent back to the store for repair. Now, for almost 2 months, there is still no news about the TV being repaired or not.

  Honest review after using the realme TV for 11months. Lines appeared in 9 months. Customer care says the realme TV is failed so they would replace the TV. But 2months waited no use. After sales service is ???. Attractive but waste of money. Complaint Number C1012111300241
