Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Note 10.1, which was first seen at this year's Mobile World Conference in Barcelona, is now available for sale in select countries.

There's good news for customers who have waited, since the tablet features improved specs from the one that were announced at MWC. The Galaxy Note 10.1 features upgraded quad-core processor and a staggering 2GB of RAM.

Company has also stated that the tablet will be available in three versions - 3G+Wi-FI, Wi-Fi only and LTE. It is currently on sale in US, UK, Germany and Korea and will slowly roll-out globally.

The tablet currently runs on Android 4.0, but Samsung has not stated anything on the Jelly Bean update right now. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 also comes with S-Pen support and Infrared sensor.
