As expected, Airtel has launched a new 10-days international roaming pack in India. The new pack will come with 10 days validity, and will offer free India calling minutes, free messages, free incoming calls, and bundles of data.

This 10-day pack joins the one day and 30-day International roaming packs introduced in September. The plan starts at Rs. 1,119 for Singapore and Thailand, and it offers unlimited free incoming calls, 2GB of data and 250 mins of free calling to India, and 100 free text messages. Consumers will have to pay Rs. 3 per MB post pack data charge while all calls to India and within local destinations will be charged at Rs. 3 per minute post the 'free' minutes.

Airtel's 10-day international pack for the US, the UK, and Canada costs Rs. 2,999, and offers 2GB data alongside unlimited incoming calls. It also offers 250 minutes of free calling and 100 free text messages to India. Consumers will have to pay Rs. 3 per MB post pack data charge while all calls to India and within local destinations will be charged at Rs. 3 per minute post the 'free' minutes.

If heading to UAE, the 10-day international pack will cost Rs. 2,999, and is identical to the US, UK, and Canada pack, with two major differences - only 250 incoming calls are free, and outgoing calls to India and within the local destination will cost Rs. 10 per minute once the 250 'free' minutes expire.
