Working greatVivek Bihani (Jan 1, 2016) on FlipkartWas apprehensive of buying something like a washing machine online. The mom and pop stores advised me against it citing warranty and service issues. But I decided to go ahead with the purchase after reading favourable reviews. The machine works great. The whirlpool guys came over and helped install. Initially I had a scare when it started thumping and moving in my second wash. The service guys responded promptly (same day!) and explained that the same was because the cloth load was not spread evenly. Been working great post that A good buy at a great price.Is this review helpful?
