  My main requirement for a new laptop was that I should be able to simply put it in my handbag and carry it at a moment's notice - in this regard, the laptop is absolutely stellar. I did have a few issues with it initially, but a replacement piece sorted those out. The battery life is great for a machine this size, the display is stellar. The hard disk space and the preloaded OS sealed the deal for me. My only problem is with the hinge - it doesn't feel too sturdy. But I hope I won't be breaking it any time soon. I've been using this for the last three weeks, and so far there aren't any hardware issues (thankfully). Upgrading to Windows 8.1 was a piece of cake, and the laptop has shown performance improvements since. This is not a good machine for multitasking, though - too many heavy programmes at once slow it down. I was extremely picky about the weight and size, so I may have chosen to overlook a few poor specs (processor for instance). But if your priority is being able to carry a netbook on the go with incredible ease - this is it.

  I am using this for more than 3 months now. A reliable brand (though not so well known in India) providing a great build and configuration for an amazing price. It's lightweight and fits into bags with ease the screen size and display quality is just perfect: doesn't strain the eyes even with continuous hours of work on it, even though it's a small screen. My only concern so far is its slight tendency to freeze when too many programs are running together. To sum it up: almost complete satisfaction!

• Really Good For the Price

  From a layman - No IT gyan. If you need a budget laptop this is the one. With smartphones and tablets replacing laptops, you'd hardly need a one these days. But some activities are just best done on a laptop. I bought this for my PhD research, blogging and file transfers The small 11" screen is enough for the basic work, though I use 27" monitor to connect in case I need to see my boring work bigger. Battery life is okay, will not last an entire international flight trip, but will be your buddy in domestic trips. Screen resolution is awesome for the price that you pay, with HD playback. Can totally support 720p, might have some issues with 1080p. Sound quality is good enough for video chatting, no echo issues so far. But I most use my headphones with it. Windows 8 (up-gradable to 8.1) is obviously better than any other OS you can get. Does not take any getting used to because you know all about this OS already. Light and very much portable. Although, the 2 GB RAM does sometimes feel a little too less. Processor works perfectly fine. (This deducts a star).

• This netbook is bigger than a general purpose 11.6 inch laptop

  Overall its a good laptop and I have purchased this two week before from flipkart only. The main thing to write is- 1. This is bigger than I expected as its overall size is just matching to my 14.1 inch lenovo laptop. Its just very light weight than my existing laptop. So, if at all anybody needs a small laptop for travel purposes, than this will not good for him/her. 2. Finding a sleeve for this will again a problem, I purchase a laptop sleeve for 12 inch laptop which is almost one inch smaller to fit this. 3. The mouse pad is very loose and it looks like it is not good for heavy usage. so better to carry a mouse. 4. other specifications are just good, battery life is more than 2.5 hrs. If you want to buy a travel laptop than go for 10 inch or other brands for 11.6. If size is not a issue than this netbook is a really good choice.

  I HAVE BEEN USING THIS NET BOOK SINCE A MONTH DAILY WITH NO PROBLEM.INITIALLY WHEN I OPENED THE PACK I WAS DUMBSTUCK SEEING ITS SMALLNESS THIN AND LIGHT.CRISP OPERATION.PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT USED WINDOW 8 MAY TAKE TIME TO GET USED TO OS.NO HEATING PROBLEM.THE CHARGER HEATS UP DURING CHARING.NETBOOK STARTS IN A JIFFY WHEN YOU OPEN THE NETBOOK IN SLEEP MODE. FLIPCART DELIVERY WAS PROMT AND HASSLE FREE.I AM WAITING FOR 10% CASHBACK FROM SBI CARDS AS PROMISED.
