Defect is caused by the usage of third party product / spares like voltage stabilizer, power socket-outlet, MCB, extension board etc. If the product has been installed / serviced / repaired / opened / tampered / modified by any unauthorized personnel, and the serial number of the Product is missing, defaced or altered.
