Superb product it's the best option for people who have constraint on space to keep the machine in a place. It's 7kg but takes up space of a 5.5 kg machine only. Good touchscreen too.

Worst delivery associates! Took bribe for job not done!

Product is absolutely fine! Sublime performance. Noise and vibration free!(when its spinning it feels like you're cruising in AC car or some volvo bus) Delivered without a single scratch! But delivery was worst experience. Despite promising door step delivery the delivery person(Prabhakar) had not brought enough man power to deliver it. I helped him to bring up the washing machine. No other person he had brought. Despite me putting half effore he took bribe of 100 rs like a govt employee to deliver. I beg you to fire these kinds greedy corrupts. If you dont promise this would never happen again, I would never shop again in flipkart. And will also discourage my friends and relatives from doing the same! Update: Washing machine performing amazingly even after 5-6 months! Electricity consumption is very low!
