Good price for a feature rich product. Grab it!Amazon Customer (Jan 24, 2018) on AmazonIdeal accompaniment for the college goer whose bag is reasonably loaded with books everyday....and of course is someone who handles things with care.Amazin does not tell you but this is a discontinued product of LG. Well so long as there is warranty and service support, product discontinuation is not much of a bother. The laptop is quite a rare design offering good specs, has good battery life, 15.6 inch display and a full size keyboard with number pad. Yes there is no backlit keyboard feature or optical drive but I wouldn't complain when I am getting 256gb ssd, i5, 8gb ram laptop that weighs just 980gms and does not heat up even after 10hrs continuous usage!!!!There are a few things though where I feel LG could have done better:The USB and HDMI ports are adequate and function well but do not offer an easy fit. You have to pull hard to disconnect your devices but be mindful of the delicate build of the laptop.If you are someone who uses skype or lync for video chats, you will at once dislike the webcam position. LG might have very well removed the webcam feature cos usb type webcams are readily available in the market.This laptop cries for the use of a good case cover for use in transit...but it seems to be hard to find one in the market.On the whole I think what you get at the Amazon price of -60K..is definitely a worthy investment.Is this review helpful?
