HTC forthcoming flagship smartphone has been in the news for quite some time now, all thanks to the various leaks. The smartphone is again in news for being shown off by none other than their CEO himself. The usually soft-spoken Peter Chou seems to be super excited about their upcoming smartphone and was seen yelling "HTC! HTC! M7! M7!"

This video was taken at a recent end-of-year party in Taipei broadcast by Taiwan's NextTV. Chou even thanked the HTC M7 team for working overtime in recent weeks. He was also seen holding a white HTC M7 with which he took pictures of the audience.

This not only confirms the existence of the smartphone but also confirms that this smartphone is indeed called M7. HTC has already sent out invites for an event on February 19, and it is expected that the company will be unveiling its M7 smartphone here.
