 
                 
            
            Huawei has launched two new smartphones in India, the Ascend G730 and Ascend Y600. Both phones are listed on the company's official site, along with their prices, and a buy now option that redirects consumers to online retail sites. While the Huawei Ascend G730 is priced at Rs. 13,999, the Ascend Y600 comes with a price tag of Rs. 8,999.
Both the Ascend G730 and Ascend Y600 feature dual SIM support with dual standby functionality. Both devices run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and come with 4GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB) along with a 5-megapixel rear and 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
Both include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and A-GPS under their wireless connectivity options with a slight change in the Bluetooth version - Bluetooth v3.0 in Ascend Y600 and Bluetooth v4.0 in Ascend G730. The dimensions and weight of both the smartphones are not known.
The Huawei Ascend G730 sports a 5.5-inch screen with qHD (540x960 pixels) resolution and runs on an unspecified quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz processor, paired with 1GB of RAM. A 2300mAh Li-ion battery powers the smartphone.
The Huawei Ascend Y600 sports a smaller screen than the Ascend G730, a 5-inch display with a FWVGA (854x480 pixels) resolution. The smartphone is powered by a dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired, with 512MB of RAM.
On Monday, Huawei introduced the mini version of the much-anticipated Huawei Ascend P7 smartphone in Germany. The Huawei Ascend P7 mini runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, features a 4.5-inch qHD screen, a Qualcomm-powered 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear and front-facing 5-megapixel camera, 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be bumped up to 32GB via microSD card and 2000mAh Li-Po battery.
