The Huawei G9 Lite has been priced at CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs. 17,500). The MediaPad M2 7.0 tablet will come in two variants - CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs. 16,500) for the 16GB inbuilt storage variant and CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 18,500) for the 32GB. Huawei has announced that pre-orders for the G9 Lite and MediaPad M2 7.0 are now open. Both the devices are scheduled to go on sale starting May 13.
For specifications, the Huawei G9 Lite will feature a 5.2-inch full-HD display and will be powered by an octa-core Kirin 650 processor clocked at 2GHz and paired with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 16GB of storage which is further expandable via microSD card. It comes with fingerprint scanner on the back panel, just like the Huawei P9 Lite. The Huawei G9 Lite sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. There is 3000mAh non-removable battery on board.
Coming to the tablet, the MediaPad M2 7.0 features a 7-inch display, as the name suggests, with a full-HD resolution (1920x1080). The MediaPad M2 7.0 joins the existing MediaPad M2 lineup, including the MediaPad M2 8.0 and MediaPad M2 10
The tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and comes with 3GB of RAM. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and also comes with 5-megapixel front camera. The tablet is backed by a 4360mAh battery.
