Moto G56 is expected to make its debut soon as the successor to last year's Moto G55 model. While the company has yet to announce any plans for a new G series smartphone, a new leak shows us what the Moto G56 could look like. The leaked renders hint at a design that is very similar to its predecessor. The upcoming phone is said to be available in four colour options, and three of them have already been revealed in the new leak. The Moto G56 is tipped to come with a 6.72-inch display and a 5,200mAh battery. It could be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset.

Moto G56 Design (Expected)

Dutch website Nieuwemobiel shared images of the purported Moto G56. The handset is seen in black, blue and green colour options, and they will reportedly be marketed as Pantone Black Oyster, Pantone Dazzling Blue, and Pantone Dill, respectively. It is said to come in a fourth Pantone Gray Mist shade as well.

The alleged renders show the Moto G56 from all angles and indicate that it will sport a display with a hole-punch cutout. It has significantly thick display bezels at the bottom, similar to the Moto G55. It is seen featuring a dual camera setup at the back. At first glance, the rear camera module appears to be very similar to Motorola's Edge series smartphones.

Moto G56 Specifications (Expected)

The purported specifications of the Moto G56 were leaked earlier this month alongside a design render. It is tipped to come with a 6.72-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400) LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i coating. The new handset could run on MediaTek Dimensity 7060 SoC with 8GB RAM and a maximum 256GB of storage.

Moto G56's dual rear camera unit is said to include a 50-megapixel main camera with Sony's LYT-600 sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. It is said to carry a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. It may offer IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance. It could be equipped with a 5,200mAh battery with support for 33W wired charging.

The Moto G56 is expected to cost EUR 250 (roughly Rs. 23,700) for the 8GB+256GB variant.
