Vivo Electronics Corp. is a phone brand based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. It was founded in 2009. The company is another Chinese smartphone maker to enter India recently. It makes low-cost Android phones, and those in the mid-range segment of the market. All of these are available in India too.

Vivo's latest mobile launch is the Y66. The mobile was launched in March 2017. The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels.

The Vivo Y66 is powered by octa-core it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y66 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Vivo Y66 runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery. It measures 153.80 x 75.50 x 7.60 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 155.00 grams.

The Vivo Y66 is a dual SIM mobile that accepts Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, Headphones, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
