The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.67-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 3200x1440 pixels at a pixel density of 526 pixels per inch (ppi).Poco F7 Ultra comes with 12GB of RAM. The Poco F7 Ultra supports wireless charging, as well as 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Poco F7 Ultra on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel camera, and a 32-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.
