Realme P1 Speed 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Realme P1 Speed 5G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme P1 Speed 5G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme P1 Speed 5G on the rear packs 50-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The Realme P1 Speed 5G runs Realme UI 5 is based on Android 14 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme P1 Speed 5G is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
