Defected Refrigerator Bad PerformanceAmazon Customer (Nov 27, 2018) on AmazonI bought this 3 months back and recently it stopped working and cooling. I contacted Samsung and after Technician Visit we get to know that Compressor is damaged for this newly purchased Fridge. When I went ahead for repair next Technician mentioned that PCB and some wiring is also damaged along with Compressor. This was a defected Refrigerator delivered to me by Samsung and from Last 20 days I am contacting them for Fridge Replacement but it made no impact on them. Even they asked for invoice copy of Bill one week back but they are not listening to me and not accepting that it is a defected fridge. Dear Samsung, we customers purchase a new Fridge worth 30000 Rs so that we can use it atleast 10 years and not to face such issues where your Customer Satisfaction is ZERO. Worst Products Samsung.
