• Delivered different model and its not working good

  Product image shown is different from actual product got delivered. Placed a return request. After couple of escalations flipkart had given me two options to either go with current product or wait for technician visit. We decided to go with delivered product though its not the one we ordered (made mistake here). We converted freezer into fridge and started using from day one. After using it for 10 days, started encountering problems. Fridge is not cooling though fan is running. In temp control panel indicator keeps on blinking. Raised a complaint with Samsung customer care. If problem is not resolved i will return it. Guys please dont go for convertable freezer models.
