  It's German engineering and delivers the promises it makes. The installation process was flawless and through. It was also very easy to set up the installation. The producer was also delivered on time as promised .

• You buy a costly Machine and there is no phone call or follow up to install the Machine

  I did not like the service provided by the company . till date from the date of purchase there has been no follow up or a call from the company as to how the machine is functioning . Nobody has come and helped us install the machine and explain the functions.

  We have purchased this washing machine from Siemens through Flipkart. The machine has been delivered. Since installation, the machine is not working. There's malfunction of some inlet valve. We have been running from pillar to post (Including calling Siemens Customer Support) but all in vain. This reseller is absolutely worthless, irresponsible and has zero orientation towards representing a company like Siemens. Fail to understand how Flipkart selects its vendors. This issue seems to be heading for legal / consumer court route. We feel helpless in the hands of such unscrupulous sellers.
