You buy a costly Machine and there is no phone call or follow up to install the MachineRD (Jul 29, 2020) on AmazonI did not like the service provided by the company . till date from the date of purchase there has been no follow up or a call from the company as to how the machine is functioning . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER !SUPRATIK CHAKRABORTY (Nov 1, 2017) on FlipkartWe have purchased this washing machine from Siemens through Flipkart. The machine has been delivered. Since installation, the machine is not working. There's malfunction of some inlet valve. We have been running from pillar to post (Including calling Siemens Customer Support) but all in vain. This reseller is absolutely worthless, irresponsible and has zero orientation towards representing a company like Siemens. Fail to understand how Flipkart selects its vendors. This issue seems to be heading for legal / consumer court route. We feel helpless in the hands of such unscrupulous sellers.Is this review helpful?
