AMD FX-9830P Dual Graphics Card: Horrible PerformanceAKSailor (Apr 30, 2019) on AmazonI bought this because the listing showed this as having a dedicated GPU; however, up on receipt and trying to use it, I noticed horrible YouTube playback on Firefox and/or Edge. I began looking into and tried reinstalling Windows 10 several times, after reinstalling the drivers failed. To no avail.Radeon Settings do not let me choose what to use the dGPU with or not, it picks it on its own. For example, Firefox is locked and I cannot choose anything other than the iGPU, which produces that horrible, laggy experience. Be aware that you may not be able to select the high performance setting, even if you want to.Otherwise, the laptop is fairly middle of the road. I upgraded it to 16GB of RAM and Windows 10 Pro, and still dislike it. Now, I'm stuck with Windows 10 Pro on an item I'm going to return.Is this review helpful?
