The Acer Swift series is the company's line of premium thin-and-light laptops, and today we'll be checking out the latest Acer Swift X model, which launched in India in September. The Swift X is special because Acer has managed to pack a powerful AMD CPU and a discrete Nvidia GPU inside a 14-inch laptop body measuring only around 18.8mm in thickness. It's a power-packed machine for sure, with great portability, but with prices starting at Rs. 84,999, is it good value? I've been using it for the past week and this is what I think.

This RTX GPU can be more used in processing data sets in Ai,ML than hard-core gaming. Battery backup is around 9hrs on light usage which is great. This laptop has 2SSD slots (1 filled with 512G). It has a great screen with Matte display. Speakers are quite loud when placed on table/surface. Overall, the laptop is silent on day to day tasks, it supports type-c charging which is very convenient. It has all ports except SD card slot. It doesn't support thunderbolt 4 because this laptop is powered by AMD processor 5600u which is very powerful and fast. I'm completely satisfied and happy with my purchase.Cons:Backlight on keyboard is not that great.Colour calibration needs to be doneCharging pin is very thinTrackpad is averageShould have provided RTX 3050Ti like in outside India modelsIs this review helpful?
