Good value at this price pointKen (Jul 18, 2019) on AmazonAs a performing musician, I wanted to try using a tablet for sheet music display rather than lugging books and paper scores. I wanted at least an 11.6 inch screen, to be readable at the distance of the music rack. Since I am experimenting with this way of doing things, didn't want to spend a lot. The sheet music application and PDF music files are the only things I will have on the machine, so the processing power, RAM, and storage will be quite adequate.It arrived early, in original sealed factory packaging. Set up was very easy - I am a retired IT guy, so have the new PC setup routine down. After connecting to my network, there were of course Windows updates. That went pretty quickly.. The disk image on the device was from 11/2018, so it hadn't been sitting on the shelf for a long time.I am a Windows/Android person, so it is easier to stick with Windows rather than an iPad. So far, I am very pleased with the Acer Switch. It is working well for my purposes. It wouldn't be suitable for heavy duty computing, but for light duty at this price point, it is a good option.Is this review helpful?
