JustRide
Mumbai-based self-drive car rental service JustRide has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from a group of angel investors including Alok Mittal, Anupam Mittal of Shaadi.com, Kunal Shah, Phanindra Sama, and Zishaan Hayath, ET reported. Founded in 2014, the firm operates in four cities in India currently, and plans to expand to 12 cities in the next two months. Other recent entrants in the Indian self-drive car rental space include Bengaluru-based Zoomcar, Gurgaon-based Revv, and Delhi-based Myles, offered by Carzonrent,

PickMyLaundry
Delhi-based PickMyLaundry, a provider of washing and dry cleaning doorstep delivery services, has raised $100,000 (roughly Rs. 66 lakhs) from Green House Ventures (GHV), VC Circle reported. Founded in 2015, by IIT Bombay and IIT BHU alums Abhishek Mahajan, Amit Sahu, Vasant Verma, and Ashwarya Singh, the service presently operates in South Delhi and Gurgaon, and plans to launch a mobile app soon. According to data provided by Traxcn, the firm works on a commission model, and has tie-ups with self-service laundries in the two cities.

InstaSafe
The Indian Angel Network (IAN) invested an undisclosed amount in Bengaluru-based InstaSafe, a provider of cloud based networking software. Founded in 2012, by Biju George, Deepak Panigrahy, Ravikumar Govindarao, and Sandip Kumar Panda, the firm operates on a hardware-free SaaS model, their InstaSafe Secure Access platform lets a firm's remote workers and branches securely access applications in the public, private, or in-facility infrastructure.

Belita
Mumbai-based on-demand beauty and salon services provider Belita has raised $377,000 (roughly Rs. 2.5 crores) from India Quotient through online deal making platform LetsVenture. Founded in 2011 by Akshay Jain and Garima Jain, the service currently operates in Mumbai and serves over a 1000 customers a month on average, ET reported.

Food Talk India
Gurgaon-based Food Talk India, which started out as an invite-only Facebook community for restaurant discovery, reviews, and discussions, has raised $500,000 (roughly Rs. 3.3 crores) first round of funding from an undisclosed set of investors. The firm curates food events to promote brands, and offers a mobile app on iOS and Android - Food Talk Plus - for hyper-local dish discovery. Founded in 2013 by Anjali Batra and Shuchir Suri, the firm has an online audience of 400,000 users on all major media platforms, and will co-curate MasterChef Promotional events with Star World in India.
