Covered in WarrantyWarranty is non-transferrable, valid only in the territory of India and restricted to the first end user customer. Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. Warranty will cover only functional (electrical) parts and software issues having manufacturing defects. In case of a commercial usage (e.g. laundry, hotel, paying guest, office) of the product the warranty period will be limited to 90 days only from delivery or Installation of product. While carrying out installation or repair services, Brand may use accessories or spare/s part/s that are new, compatible, refurbished or reconditioned. Post repair the defective or good spare/s part/s remains with Brand. This warranty covers only the defects in the product arising out of manufacturing. Missing / defective accessories shall be repaired, replaced with new one, and not the complete product.Components(other than Motor) service charges will be payable after initial 2 year of Warranty . Component (Motor) will be chargeable after the expiry of 5yrs from the date of purchase.Transportation charges, if any, at any point of time, after the date of purchase, will be borne by customer. Remaining terms will be applicable as per warranty booklet
Not Covered in WarrantyNo warranty on certain parts of product failure like rubber, plastic, door, spring, handle, fasteners, wire, knob, filter, glass, frame, body, wheels etc. No warranty on accessories like inlet-outlet hose or pipe etc. Defects arising like improper usage, miss-handling, usage not as per user manual, normal wear and tear, physical damages, electrical damage caused by abnormal voltage, spike, earthing conditions are not covered under warranty. Plumbing / electrical work is not in scope of installation and repair. The Brand shall not be liable for any loss or damage, cost of expense that arises due to inability or improper usage of product. Brand is not held responsible under any circumstances for such loss, damage, cost of expense exceeding the purchase price of the product (MRP). Warranty shall be null and void if-type or serial number on the product has been altered, removed, or defaced. Post warranty chargeable repair is subjected to availability of functional part else depreciation policy will be applicableNormal wear & tear of parts or any other acts of God.
