Purchased the laptop as a present for my wife to due basic tasks plus store and edit photos. I am a bit of a techie so I purchased the 256GB WD Blue m.2 SSD and had another stick of 8GB RAM that was compatible. Once upgraded the laptop was more than adequate. It is snappy and has a nice sleek finish. The keys are firm but not noisy. The camera image is clear during Skype calls.
