It comes with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO Neo 8 runs Android 13 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The iQOO Neo 8 supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Neo 8 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The iQOO Neo 8 runs Funtouch OS 13 is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO Neo 8 measures 164.72 x 77.00 x 8.36mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 194.60 grams. It was launched in Night Rock, Match Point, and Surf colours.
