  Received the product in one day delivery at Kharagpur near to Kolkata. Price offered was Rs.11600/- with bank discount in BBD sale on 03-10-16. After receiving the product it was found that the refrigerator's left leg was bent. Complaint registered with Flipkart for replacement. But my request was turned down and instead Flipkart offered me return. This is very Pathetic from Flipkart. We buy product for use not for return. I enquired the same through LG customer care and technician came on 05-10-16 and after installation and inspection said this could not be repaired. And this is not hampering the performance of the refrigerator and the choice is yours wether to keep this or to return. Overall the refrigerator is working fine, cooling is good same checked by LG technician. Guys, don't go for Flipkart's words of no need of installation. Just call or book LG customer care team through LG App. and LG technician Will come and install it free of cost. Don't forget to register your product with LG through its app. My rating is based on its performance not condition.
