  Micromax Funbook is the most feature-packed tablet in the affordable segment. The Micromax Funbook is the cheapest ICS budget tablet to hit the streets. Its biggest compromise when compared to the competition is the build and the battery. The screen too is a bit disappointing. Having said that, this is the slimmest budget ICS tablet available today. The 1080p MP4 playback was smooth and games like Angry Birds Space and Pool Master ran well. If you are in the market to pick up a budget tablet and are on a really tight budget, you can consider the Micromax Funbook. The 350-gm tablet is powered by ARM Cortex A8 1.2GHz processor with a Mali 400 GPU and comes with 512MB RAM. The specs are enough to let the Funbook perform routine tasks. However, the display isn't all that bright and illegible in sunlight. The tablet is designed and manufactured in India. Micromax has tied up with some leading names in the education sector to provide educational content on the Funbook. . It has every feature that a student or working professional needs in his or her daily life. What makes this tablet a hit is its low price and powerful hardware. So, if your purpose is reading e-books, watching movies, and surfing the Internet, then nothing comes close to this device. Pros : 1. Groundbreaking pricepoint 2. Above average internals 3. • Awesome Tab under Rs 4500. Dont look back, Go for it

  Hi guys. This tab has forced me to write a review here. I have gone through many tab (Availble in flipkart) videos in YouTube and last landed on this. Bought with little panic as it has very low reviews. But am happy and relaxed. Not making this lengthy.. Will tell its pros and cons. Pros: 1. Dual camera. ( Front cam ok for skype calling. Cant expect more from a 0.3 MP camera. Back 2MP camera is what i found exciting for budget tab. If you are a traveller, wife and children is at home, and want to show them some scenic beauty LIVE.. its the best. I connected wifi in tab and did skype video call to my PC. To be frank, the video quality showing in PC was more than i expected.. NICE QUALITY AND GOOD FRAME RATE..(No lag) Awesome.. 2. Touch screen: Superb touch. Little lag while downloading/updating some app/games from internet. After downloading.. super smooth. 3. Good battery backup: Did Skype video call, Wifi was On, Pendrive connected, Played HD movies, Played 3d games (Temple run and Subway surfers), Browsed internet and the running time was 3.8 hrs with 11% of battery to be drained. Means you will get 4hrs of running time when full battery goes off. 4. Playing 3D Games: You can play 3D games without any lags. Temples run, Subway surfers etc worked fine and smooth. Nice they have Mali GPU 5. Playing HD movies: No lag, good clarity.. fast forward without lag.. 6. Pendrive connectivity: Yes 7. 3G dongles: In description they have mentioned only TATA Docomo. But it does suppport MTS and Reliance Netconnect also. I have connected my Reliance Netconnect+ ZTE AC2736.. worked like charm 8. Internet: After fully loading page.. smooth scroll up and down. No probs. Youtube works fine, google maps, gps,gmail etc. These would be the main things users look when buying a budget tab. Hope i have cleared all. Cons: 1. While charging, you can't connect pendrive/3G dongle as both are in same slot 2. Touch little laggy while downloading/updating apps/games. ( I dont think this as negative when looking all Pros above ). Common guys..its a budget tab 3. Internal space 1.15. But if going for 4GB internal storage tabs under Rs 4500, some other cons will be there. Better to use an SD card for storing movies. Hope this review will help future buyers to clear confusions. • Good tab in this budget

  Exelent Tab for gaming(temple run 2,subway surf work fine) ,internet,multimedia.Camera is good.with this budget its recomanded tab.but only thing its battery life,continuously if u play game or net surfing maximum it will stay 3-4 hr and very heated.

• Perfect tablet within this budget

  The best part is it supports 3g dongle and mts works perfect. , and its been more than 15 days i am using this product. audio / video , screen resolutions , wifi , pre-loaded apps, work excellently ...you cant say that it has only 512 ddr3 ram it doesnt look it because it performs better then that. Graphics is far better than expected. with the help of micro usb you can connect any usb 2.0 gives excellent data speed using 3g speed using MTS dongle. The only draw back is its battery life . if you use Continuous internet usage 3-4 hours, movies 2-3 hours , gaming 3-4 hours , standby time maximum a day.
