Delivered within 2 days..Very secure delivery and packing was great...and the courier boys was very helpful and politie...they instructed us everything if the machine detected problematic what to do...But one think totally disappointed me is the installation person...the person came in the very next day of delivery....but Onida service man's knowledge was very limited about Washing machines...he even failed to start the machine twice....but finally he started the machine very unconsciously as that was not expected following his gestures...though his behaviour was very good....And he also acknowledged that his knowledge about Washing Machines is bery limited as they are trained for TV especially... Comes to the washing quality: Washing quality in this machine is very impressive..it has 10 wash programs with 5 water level which helps to fulfill every kind of washing...in Heavy program it takes fully 1 hour with the water consumption of more or less 80 litre...but the washing quality should be very good...Is this review helpful?
