It also features a 6.62-inch touchscreen as its second display, with a resolution of 2616x1140 pixels at a pixel density of 431 pixels per inch (ppi). Oppo Find N5 is powered by a 4.32 MHz hexa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It comes with 16GB of RAM. The Oppo Find N5 runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5600mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo Find N5 supports wireless charging, as well as 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Find N5 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.7, telephoto) camera; an 8-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 2.2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
