Oppo Find X7 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Oppo Find X7 runs Android 14 and is powered by a 4,800mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo Find X7 supports wireless charging, as well as Super VOOC fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Find X7 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel camera, and a 50-megapixel camera. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The Oppo Find X7 supports face unlock.
