Pretty good for the priceAshish (Mar 17, 2015) on AmazonPretty good for the price. Serves the purpose and suffices family of 4. Silent operation. The only downside is that freezer doesn't have a light. But then most refrigerators don't.Is this review helpful?

Does not work and very poor serviceSreekanth (Feb 24, 2015) on AmazonCase history for fridge RT27HARZASP/TL with serial No 03074PAF910234H.Sir we purchased 5 Ac's, 1 fridge, 1 washing machine, 1 microwave oven from Vijay Electronics your authorised dealer vide Inv No AW/SI/1931 dated 26.10.14. On receipt One AC was not working and we had to change the compressor. The fridge was not working since receipt. The service engineer rectified and it ran for one day. After which it stopped working. The engineer again checked for a week and said there was a major block and new piping had to be done. Since this was a new fridge we refused and have asked for a replacement or refund. This is being denied by samsung who are agreeable only for replacmenent. When there are serious issues with the fridge we cannot accept the same fridge. Further the dealer Vijay Electronics sold 2 defective parts refuses to even answer the phone and help in anyway.Is this review helpful?
