  it is definitely a good refrigerator. but freezer area is too much. the ice maker is very flimsy . we have to add half cup water in the top tray to make ice, if you put more water , when you try to brake the ice by the handle, the handle will brake 100% sure

• Good but not Best

  The best thing about this refrigerator is the looks. 2nd best is that its Silent, You cannot tell if its ON or OFF. Interior lighting is good. Wine Rack is big advantage if you have White wine or Sparkeling fine. I can be used to store beers too. But there are many Cons:-1. Ice maker is too small,2. Freezer unit (tall left side) is too big, there is no option to switch different unit between freezer and fridge.3. Material / Metal in front attracts finger prints / body oil and need to be cleaned frequently :-(4. There is no WIFI, No Alexa, No smart / IOT featureBuy it only if you need big looking fridge in Golden color, otherwise look for one which doesn't has the cons mentioned above.

• Error 84C: Costing INR 10,000 for repair within 13 months

  The refrigerator worked fine for a year and then started showing up no cooling issues in the 13th months of purchase. The service center person inspected and suggested changing the inverter PCB and compressor costing us around INR 10,000. It took more than 2 weeks for service. Totally disappointed with Samsung. This was my second Samsung refrigerator purchase in last 5 years. No more Samsung !!
