  I was looking for a premium segment refrigerator. After checking many options within samsung and across other brands, I found this which was not made in China. It was the deciding factor for me to finalize this option.The refrigerator itself is quite good which would be the case with other brands as well like Bosch, whirlpool, Haier, etc. However, the service and support of Samsung is outstanding and Samsung is a trusted brand in India since so many years. Therefore, i quickly decided for this option.

  Side by side fridges look great and let you see your food clearly but who needs 50% freezer space? French Door fridges solve that but drawers are messy and not ideal. This fridge is an elegant solution to all those problems. It gives you enough freezer space (expandable) and a lot more of fridge. The doors itself hold so much, it's staggering. What I especially like is that there are no unnecessary frills like water dispensers or touchscreens and other dramatic features that stop working after a few years.The model is apparently 5 years old but there's still nothing quite like it in the market. I got my piece from a Samsung dealer (not online) for 114k.

  I received a fridge with a little scratch on the side but I let it go because I am living on a high floor and it's very difficult to lift up and down so there is no use in reducing the star. please read the following points if u willing to purchase it as I researched a lot about it -This fridge is massive in terms of storage and looks very slim so if u willing to store lot of stuff in the fridge this is the fridge for you. Moreover, side by side and other options are not so big in storage they look tight -We were previously using side by side refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker in front it always has issues with the filter and needs a lot of maintenance. -I compared whirlpool, Haier in the same category both the brands have poor service support as well poor product quality as compare to Samsung moreover LG was also there but I don't know why Lg doesn't have a good option like this in this French door category.One more advantage is that in French door Only Samsung has the Led light in all compartments as well storage in all doors which others don't have -All the Wifi stuff etc looks of no use to me in fact its all rather complicated this fridge doesn't have WIFI Guys if have budget and need for this type of storage go for it you wont regret .

  Very good product at this price point. Quality is also good. Very huge capacity and is suitable for family of 6 to 8 people easily.In most of the other side by side refrigerators, one whole side is reserved for freezer which is rather unnecessary for most of the Indians. However, in this model, out of the two lower freezer compartments, one is convertible and can be used as a both fridge or freezer. So practically, we get 3 out of 4 compartments as fridge.Looks are also stunning. Very satisfied.Complete value for money. Highly recommended.
