It comes with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO Neo 9 runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5160mAh non-removable battery. The iQOO Neo 9 supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Neo 9 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, and an 8-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The iQOO Neo 9 runs OriginOS 4 is based on Android 14 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO Neo 9 is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The iQOO Neo 9 measures 163.53 x 75.68 x 7.90mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 196.00 grams. It was launched in Fighting Black, Nautical Blue, and Red and White Soul colours.
