• False Tank Capacity Claims. Cheap Quality Wheels

  Usha which once used to be a legendary company has now been cheating it's age-old customers. I purchased Dynamo70, a desert cooler claiming the tank capacity is 70 liters. However, the maximum water mark level can hold only 45 liters at the max. Their instruction manual instructs to fill the water upto the mark provided. Then how do they claim it to be a 70 liter tank whereas they also instruct us to fill the water upto the mark provided which holds just 45 liters? As a result of which I have to refill water every 4-5 hours. Does USHA expect us to spoil our nights by filling water halfway through the night even after paying such a big amount for a 70 liter tank capacity cooler?? During the day, do you expect us to refill water 3 times?? Do you expect us to refill water 4 times in 24 hours?? When USHA was contacted they told us to fill water ignoring the provided water level. There are 2 issues with this: 1. Being an Engineer, I can assess this will damage the wheels, and you say you do not cover wheels in warranty. 2. How would we know that the tank has been filled. Every time I am trying to fill the tank to it's full capacity, the water overflows and then I know that the tank is full now. Every time the floor gets spoiled with water while refilling. If I was to buy such a product, I would have gone for traditional GI sheet window cooler which is way cheaper and strong too. Why USHA desert cooler?? Also, the wheels got jammed and broke in just 1 month of use. Note that we have even marble flooring. We hardly moved the cooler 4 to 5 feet a couple of times in a day. Their customer care also wasting time, not providing proper solution. So people, keep these in mind before you go for USHA products.

  Bought it for 11,500 from a local store.Dimensions of the cooler is perfect. Slim from side, wide from front and tall. Fan is also very big.
