It comes with 4GB, 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Vivo T3x 5G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Vivo T3x 5G supports 44W Flash Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo T3x 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.

The Vivo T3x 5G runs Funtouch OS 14 is based on Android 14 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB) with a dedicated slot. It was launched in Celestial Green and Crimson Bliss colours. It features an IP64 rating for dust and water protection.
