The X80 and the X80 Pro (Review) are the latest additions to Vivo's camera-centric flagship X series. We have already reviewed the Vivo X80 Pro and today, we'll be focusing on the X80. It's important to understand that Vivo has made some changes to its naming convention for its latest X series. The X80 actually replaces the X70 Pro from last year and not the X70, in the same way the new X80 Pro replaced the X70 Pro+.

Vivo X80 Summary

Vivo X80 mobile was launched on 25th April 2022. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.78-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (FHD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Vivo X80 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X80 runs Android 12 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The Vivo X80 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo X80 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.75) primary camera; a 12-megapixel (f/2.0) camera, and a 12-megapixel (f/2.0) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.

The Vivo X80 runs OriginOS Ocean is based on Android 12 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo X80 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Vivo X80 measures 164.95 x 75.23 x 8.30mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 203.00 grams. It was launched in Cosmic Black and Urban Blue colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X80 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.30, NFC, Infrared, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.

If it was launched in early 2022 at time it was good but now nothing phone 2 has more sense to buy in 2023 in this price range

I bought last two months in mobile, i call normal phone noise is clear but i connected blue tooth and hand set very high noisy, now i changed new sim, i felt with same problem, I went to two times service centre not rectified my problem

I am using this but not worthy. Battery issue, blue tooth issue, camera clarity not good. Service issue. I have requested many times in the service aap but no use.
